Shipping & Refund Policy

 All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days. (Priority Mail) Once items are shipped, Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.  

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.  Unless it is a Pre-Order item. Pre-Order items take about (1-2 weeks).    

Glam By Mscreativediva isn’t responsible for any lost items or Damaged items. ​ If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Glam By Mscreativediva is not responsible for packages that state delivered. ​ Please make sure your address is correct and updated! We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses. ​ If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. No returns or exchanges. All sales are final! ​Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. ​

 

International Shipping All International customers packages may require addition processing time. Glam By Mscreativediva is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods.  

PLEASE NOTE: If any  purchases made at glambymscreativediva.com is returned to Glam By Mscreativediva due to unpaid charges. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply. Here is the breakdown for the International Shipping fee below: •3-6 day International Shipping: $45 (Express) •6-10 day International Shipping: $25 (Standard)

     

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.

Refunds & Exchanges are only applicable in the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email.

 We are not responsible for any fees for shipping for international and domestic.
